Albir Lighthouse Trail

Easy Level. Perfect for children and families. The trail starts at Albir Beach, where you can park your car and begin the walk. Enjoy a gentle, scenic route with beautiful coastal views. For more details or tips, just ask us when you arrive at León Dormido.

Bernia Fortress

Medium Level. Duration: approximately 2 hours. This route rewards you with some of the most spectacular views of the Costa Blanca, overlooking Benidorm, Altea, Albir, La Nucía, Polop, and Callosa. The effort is well worth it! Along the way, you’ll also discover the history of this 16th-century fortress, adding a fascinating cultural touch to your adventure.

Mount Aitana

Medium Level. To start, drive to Guadalest and take the turn toward Benifato on the C-3313. After almost 4 kilometers of winding roads, you’ll reach Font del Partagat, where you can park and enjoy its facilities: barbecue area, picnic tables, and fountains. From there, continue along the dirt track and immerse yourself in the stunning landscape and lush vegetation as you explore this beautiful mountain route.

Cycling

If cycling excites you, this is the place to be. Mountain trails, tracks, and roads await, offering the perfect setting to enjoy the sport surrounded by breathtaking scenery. There are options for all levels: from gentle rides to admire the natural beauty to more challenging routes that test your endurance and reward you with unforgettable views. Cycling around Polop and its surroundings is not just a sport – it’s a way to connect with the land, feel the wind, and discover every corner at your own pace.

Stroll through streets full of history, savor local dishes, and be captivated by landscapes that look like they’ve been lifted from a painting. Each route is an opportunity to experience the essence of the Costa Blanca and take home memories that will last a lifetime.
Guadalest and the Algar Fountains
Guadalest is a charming village declared a Historical-Artistic Ensemble in 1974. Don’t miss its narrow streets, main square, castle, and museums. You’ll also find a wide range of local crafts and gastronomy in its many shops. From there, you can head to Callosa d’en Sarrià to visit the Algar River Fountains. In the summer months, you can take a refreshing dip in the natural pools, known as “tolls,” and enjoy a meal at one of the restaurants or prepare your own food in the barbecue areas.
Tárbena, Xaló and Benissa
Tárbena is a small village of around 700 inhabitants, known for its mountainous landscape. It features several notable monuments, such as the Church of Santa Bárbara, declared a Property of Local Interest by the Generalitat Valenciana, and “Sa Caseta des Moros,” a 12th-century Mudejar-style fortress considered a Cultural Heritage Site. Following the road, you reach Xaló, famous for its sweet liqueur, mistela, and its Saturday morning antiques market. Continuing through the Marina Alta region, you can make a stop in Benissa. This town is full of medieval history, with highlights including the Sala del Consell on the charming Puríssima street, the “Iglèssia Vella” square, the Torres-Orduña Palace, now home to the library and Cultural Center, the Franciscan Convent, and the Church of “Puríssima Xiqueta,” a building that defines the town’s skyline.
Calpe and the Peñón de Ifach
There are many reasons to visit this small yet vibrant town: its cultural attractions, the salt flats and diverse wildlife, and the Peñón de Ifach, declared a Natural Park in 1987. Discover its historic buildings and charming old town, monuments such as the Baños de la Reina and the “Pou Salat,” its sandy beaches and coves, and of course its rich culinary scene rooted in the local maritime tradition.
Altea
Altea is a charming town on the Costa Blanca, famous for its whitewashed houses, narrow streets, and its beautiful old town that invites you to wander and discover every corner. Its squares and viewpoints offer stunning views of the sea and mountains, while its craft shops and restaurants allow you to experience the true Mediterranean essence and local cuisine. Tabarca island
Tabarca, the only inhabited island in the Valencian Community, lies just off the coast of Alicante, about 22 kilometers away. A place where time seems to stand still, perfect for wandering its cobbled streets and whitewashed houses, discovering the history of its fishermen, and relaxing on its crystal-clear coves. Ideal for snorkeling, swimming, or simply strolling and soaking up the sun. And of course, don’t miss trying the “caldero,” the island’s traditional fish stew that blends tradition and flavor in every bite. Tabarca is a little paradise that captures the very essence of the Mediterranean.
Benidorm
Benidorm is the ultimate tourist city on the Costa Blanca, famous for its long sandy beaches and lively atmosphere. Terra Natura

A wildlife park where you can see animals in naturalistic spaces designed for each species. The park is home to around 1,500 animals from 200 different species. It also features restaurants, shops, and cafés. We recommend dedicating a full day to visit this park and Aqua Natura, or half a day if you only plan to explore this zoo.

Aqua Natura

Aqualandia

A water park with attractions for everyone, from beginners to champions. Enjoy a wide range of facilities such as the Lagoon and Adventureland, or try more daring experiences like the Grand Jacuzzi Iguazú, Cataracts, or Mini Zig-Zag. The park also offers picnic areas and restaurants for a full day of fun and relaxation.

Dino Park

Located in the stunning area of the Algar Fountains in Callosa, this park is perfect for a family day out. Kids can explore the amazing world of dinosaurs with a wide array of life-sized models, including robotic, sound-enabled, and static figures. The park also features a café, play areas, a 3D cinema, and a botanical garden dedicated to cacti and succulent plants.

Tirolinas Go!

Adventure park located in La Nucía, just 10 minutes from León Dormido. This park offers fun family plans to enjoy nature and sports in a different way. Here, you can zipline across courses of up to 300 meters, combining adrenaline and unforgettable moments in the great outdoors.
